About Sandeep Karthikeyan
My name is Sandeep Karthikeyan. I was late diagnosed with ADHD in Norway six years ago, and I now combine my lived experience, my work in neuroscience and healthcare research institutions, and my training as a certified yoga teacher to support adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions.
I have also been part of ADHD Norge and Autismeforeningen i Norge (AiN), which has given me deep insight into the everyday realities and needs of neurodivergent adults and their families.
Alongside my work as an ICT consultant and research engineer in hospitals and universities in Europe, I bring experience from learning with top ADHD coaches such as Marla Cummins, Dana Rayburn and Kristen Karter, and I do this work as an ADHD coach out of genuine passion and commitment. After seven years in Europe, I’m now back in India and continue to support adults navigating ADHD and neurodivergent life challenges.
